It is Tryg’s ambition to develop and improve the customer experience by offering new and better digital options. The digitalisation programme in Tryg realises the ambition by developing self-service solutions and advancing the customer’s digital insurance universe on ‘My Page’. As a result it will become easier and more user friendly for our customers to report claims online and change their insurance coverage via all digital channels. This will help us improve the customer experience regardless of the time of day and also create more efficient processes internally.

The expansion of the digital communication requires accept from our customers. In Denmark, 80% of our customers have accepted that all future communication will be digital and in Norway there are 63% digital customers.
