Anne Eliza Korsgaard has been employed at Tryg since 2007. She began her career at “Kundeservice Privat” (Customer Service Private) in Aarhus, and in 2014, she moved to Tryg’s head office in Ballerup where she worked as Customer Advicer at Commercial. Today, Anne works a Product Developer.
”Through my network, I became aware that Tryg treats their employees very well and that they offer attractive terms of employments. This was among other things the reasons why I applied for a job at Tryg,” she says.
Anne has a bachelor in Service Management with a specialty in the hotel industry, but she choose to make a change in her career path and ended in the insurance industry – This was among other things due to stabile working hours.
Anne mainly serves and advices customers over the phone. Besides finding the best solutions with the customers, she is involved in different projects, and this combination makes her daily tasks varied.
“I never know who calls or to what they need my assistance. It is often very complex to serve business clients and these conditions contribute to a challenging and varied workday. At the same time, I am involved in projects such as training of employees and preparation of business processes in order to improve the structure. Therefore, you may say that I have a varied workday – but in good and save settings,” she says.
Anne sees Tryg as a workplace that gives good possibilities to move around in the organisation and at the same time, explore and be curious. This is also a motivating factor for her.

I am experiencing that I am being listen to and that gives a great amount of flexibility, but it demands that you are willing to express ones point of view and hereby challenge the managers,” she says.
To Anne, the recipe for success is very simple: First, it is about reaching ones goals. Second, it is about having fun.
“I see myself as a success when I reach my budgets and have satisfied customers. At the same time, it is about having fun with my colleagues and leaders, and when I also have the time to challenge my customers and the small things in my daily work, the ground for my success is clear. All of this is possible for me here at Tryg,” she says.
