| Experience | From 1987 to 2000, Henrik Haas held a series of roles in Zurich, progressing from claims handling and commercial underwriting to account and market management within the “Handel & Service” segment. From 2000 to 2025 at Tryg, he led product, key account and Nordic business development and agreement coordination in Partner Erhverv, later heading Commercial underwriting and subsequently serving as Partner Manager for business (2015–2016) and private customers (2016–2025). Since 2025, he has been Chair of Forsikringsforbundet at Tryg, working with operations, strategy, collective agreement negotiations, and initiatives to recruit and retain members. He oversees more than 20 union representatives, including responsibility for their frameworks, training and overall support. |
