Tryg creates the biggest non-life insurer in Scandinavia

On 1 March 2021, Tryg A/S published a prospectus and initiated a rights issue (the “Offering”). The rights trading period will be from 4 to 17 March 2021, and the subscription period for new shares will be from 8 to 19 March 2021. Expectedly, the publication of Offering of the result will be announced on 23 March 2021.
